Technical parameters
The four-arm hydraulic puller develops sufficient force to dismantle and remove parts weighing up to 175 tons. It can handle even the most demanding tasks when repairing train bogies.
The device can work with chassis of various sizes. The arms themselves can extend up to a width of 1,750 millimeters.
The machine will pull parts with a minimum diameter of 165 millimeters – including the central gears of the transmission.
The maximum drawbar length – 1,250 millimeters on a two-wheel bogie – is sufficient for most train types, such as series 810, 814, 842, 841 and 844.
If you need to pull wheels that weigh less than 175 tons, the arms extend up to 1,300 millimeters.

How the lifting mechanism works
3 functions in one machine.

Lifting the puller
The hydraulic puller is lifted using a special cylinder with an eye/eye attachment. The valve maintains the desired position and pressure so that the puller does not rise or fall unexpectedly. The maximum lifting force of the machine is 80 kilonewtons (approximately 8 tons). You can adjust the lifting speed as needed.
Arm control
You can operate the hydraulic arms manually directly on the device or by remote control. You can set the speed of the arms yourself. The force developed when the arms are retracted reaches up to 60 kilonewtons (about 6 tons) - this is enough power for demanding dismantling work.
Extrusion
The machine includes a special plug for holding the intermediate piece. The puller arms and the hydraulic motor controlling the movement of the arms are attached to it. The main advantage of this device is its enormous pulling force, which ranges from 200 to 1750 kilonewtons (roughly 20 to 175 tons).
We also supply a positioner in the basic set.
