The sturdy steel construction of the platforms ensures that your technicians can work safely above ground. The platform does not move under their feet, allowing them to focus solely on their work.

Key features

Safety

Assembly platforms meet European safety standards (Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council) and technical standards (EN ISO 12100), which minimizes the risk of accidents.

Versatility

You can adapt the design of the footbridge to the type of vehicle you need to inspect or repair. You can assemble, add to, and expand the footbridge as you wish.

Easy and quick assembly

No climbing or carrying wobbly ladders. With the assembly platform you can immediately reach any part of the train, even with your tools. This significantly reduces maintenance and repair times

Technical parameters

  • The working platform is located 2.4 meters above the ground. We can adjust it as needed.

  • The stair steps have a maximum load capacity of 2 kN/m (approx. 200 kg), the horizontal part of the platform has a load capacity of 2 kPa (approx. 200 kg/m²).

  • A maximum of 2 to 3 people with small assembly materials can work on one part of the platform.

The assembly platform consists of 6 parts

Our "lego" system allows you to assemble the bridge according to your requirements. Here are the basic components that the system consists of:
