At WASHINA Rail, we are part of the engineering company WASHINA engineering. Our skills extend far beyond rail cars.
At WASHINA engineering, we focus on precision CNC machining, turning, waterjet cutting and other engineering work. We are not limited to a specific industry – we do our work equally well for manufacturing, food processing or automotive plants.
Since modern technology is a big part of our work, we can also help you with industrial robotics and production automation. And under the WASHINA EMS division, we can design and manufacture any single-purpose machine or even an entire recycling line.

Our portfolio of production and services
You can find our facilities in Bystřice pod Hostýnem, but our machines, accessories and ideas have found their way throughout the Czech Republic and Europe. And in time we would like to go all over the world.
We manufacture machines for the assembly, disassembly and maintenance of train sets. They measure with absolute precision, making it easier for technicians to safely handle heavy bogies and service down to the last component.
Modernization of machinery and equipment
We extend the life of your machines and set them up to work faster and better. How? We do complete repairs and renovations (refurbishments) and improve the technology of the machines themselves, which becomes obsolete over time.
We develop and manufacture pressing tools
We will supply you with special pressing machines. We have our own development department, where we have created, for example, technology for pressing pins or advanced robotic workplaces for welding plastics. And we are now also focusing our energy on the development of thermopresses.
Professional welding systems
We weld various materials (metal or plastic). In order to perform the work with absolute precision and minimal deviations, we use laser for measurement. We manufacture components in both individual and serial production.
Single-purpose machine components
We also manufacture components for your single-purpose machines for pressing, welding or assembly. This will help them work longer, with greater performance and without failures.
Robocarechair – a robot for healthcare
We created a robot that helps the disabled and seniors. It moves in all directions, lifts a person to a vertical position, and patients control it with gestures or voice.
